In a lovely example of inter-cultural exchange in Asia, young Asian women and young men in the Philippines satisfied in Malaysia at an annual junior leadership seminar in Malaysia. The Asian Youth Ladies Leadership Schooling Conference saved in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from December 21 to January 12, 2020, honed small leaders out of both ethnicities and prepared them for life inside their respective residence countries. The event showcased the value of building networks of adolescents with similar goals and values and also provided young kings from both equally cultures an opportunity to learn from each other and share activities. Among those who were invited as participants were senior members of the Philippine delegation.

This first-ever event from the Asian Youngsters Leadership Software, a joint effort from the Asian Youngster Development Organization (AYDO) plus the Philippine Division of Sociable Welfare and Creation (DSWD), likewise provided individuals an opportunity to fulfill each other just for the 1st time. Young leaders from the two cultures find exchange experiences on growing meaningful romances in this environment of shared respect. This experience was instrumental in developing strong leadership skills. Most of the participants were young men, but some women of all ages were also present. They included university students, school staff, parents, teachers, pros, business owners, administration personnel, city servants, academics, journalists and many more. The youth participants had been encouraged to speak about their personal lives and the aspirations. These folks were given absolutely free access to online communities including Fb, Twitter, MySpace and LinkedIn to build network and learn of the mentors and peers.

Another impressive feature of this small people-assemble from different countries-at the Asia Youth Leadership Teaching Conference is that participants were provided with an exclusive opportunity to network with local businesses, non-profit organizations and also other community teams leaders. They were also able to network with man Asian young ones members in Southeast Asia and Malaysia. Some participants, particularly the young females, were given a chance to network to women in various countries. This kind of interaction, shared by diverse cultures based on a perspectives, has allowed participants to enrich their understanding of the different nationalities and to create a common first when coming together.
